I was wowed by some outfits at this year’s Grammy’s, here are some of my favourites.
Kelly Rowland wearing a black cut out dress by Georges Chakra. She definitely ‘worked’ this dress without a doubt.
Janelle Monae, I want her wardrobe and her swag please… Thank you very much. This chic rocks the androgynous look like none other! She scores 100% on this one.
I love the print on this Eden Diodati dress Esperanza Spalding is wearing. And I’m envious of her fro too.
And the woman that can do no wrong in my books- J Lo looks sophisticated and classy going for a less is more look.
Ashanti opts for a playful look, whether the dress is wrong or right, I like it on her, I think her personality makes the dress work, she looks like she’s up for fun in that dress.
A very perfect combination by Carrie Underwood wearing Roberto Cavalli, I will love to give her stylist a hug and be their friend. The statement necklace, the dress, the hair is almost too perfect for words.
Jeannie Mai rocks a chic look, with her uber cool ensemble. Velvet trousers, tick, metallic jacket tick, white shirt, tick. She completed the look with necklace from Topshop and knuckle rings by Monika Chiang which she showed off on her instagram.
I need to catch up on the performances on youtube, so many tweets on twitter, I feel like I missed out on the award show.

There was a lot of great fashion at the Grammys, not just a lot of glamorous gowns as at other award shows. I think there were more risks taken (most paid off), and much more individuality!
